This adult barre workshop is perfect for anyone who wants to improve their strength, flexibility, and posture in a fun and challenging environment. Barre is a low-impact, high-intensity workout inspired by ballet and dance that uses the barre (ballet bar) and bodyweight exercises to sculpt and tone your entire body.

Laura brings her passion for dance and expertise in child development to create a nurturing and engaging environment for young learners. With different styles of dances, Laura tailors her classes to inspire a love of movement while fostering confidence and self-expression.
Parents take and rest and send your child to immerse into the world of dance. Includes body awareness, motor skills, and multitude of dance moves!

June 15th Belly dance session
Renn Hart is a performer who has a background of 20 years of study in Raqs Sharqi, folk dance and fusion.
In this 45 minute class, Renn will cover some basics of Bellydance in a fun, body positive format. Class will begin with a warm up, followed by instruction on a few basic movements to create a short combination that you can use for fun, fitness and flexibility, ending with a cool down. All levels of experience and ability are welcome, "Belly dance is for every body!"
