FREE Chair Dance Yoga

Is a playful combination of yoga and dance in which we create slow flow sequences of yoga poses to familiar songs while seated in a chair.  Chair yoga dance is a fun, beginner-friendly, gentle and accessible form of exercise that can help improve balance, coordination, memory, and circulation, while increasing strength and flexibility and enhancing mood and mental well-being.
