Join us for a 20 minute silent seated meditation, with an optional 5 minute walking meditation inside the studio, ending with a brief loving kindness (metta) meditation. Meditation can reduce stress, improved focus, enhanced emotional regulation, and an opportunity to take time for yourself. Chairs, yoga mats and bolsters are available for seating. This session is free of charge, but you must register through Momence so we know how many participants are coming.
