In this focused, four session, once per week series, Marianne guides you with teachings and practices, investigating how and why practicing pranayama is one of the best things we can do for great health. Pranayama, the science and practice of cultivating awareness of breath and developing healthy breathing, leads to the harmonious functioning of our brain, nervous system and internal organs.
